PRODUCT REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS

When can the product be replaced?

You can replace all products except customised designs (models with names). If replacement is demanded for a product error, we will pay the shipment fee arising from replacement. If you request replacement for any other reason, you shall pay the shipment fee. Your purchase must have the following conditions for replacement: 

- You need to send the product to us within a week of delivery and with product invoice.

- Product must not have any damages.

- You need to send the product with its accessories.

- You need to fill the replacement form.

* If there are any production errors on models with names but return or replacement is not accepted for these products.

RETURN CONDITIONS
How long does return take?

You can return your purchased products within seven (7) days after delivery date by giving a reason and without damaging, using or harming the product.

What are return conditions?

You can find everything you need to send us to return a product. If any of these items are missing, we do not accept ant return.

Product box, package, standard accessories, if any, shall be delivered undamaged and completely within 3 days. Since products such as butter must be stored under cold conditions, these products can be returned under the same conditions. Otherwise, product returns shall not be accepted.

Products send to trabzonkoyevi.com for return are assessed and return is accepted if the products are unused, intact and complete. If the product is used or if the product has missing accessories, complementary products or package, return is not accepted.

After your return request is accepted, your money shall be refunded in a period determined by your bank. Returns to credit cards are visible in at most 1-3 weeks and returns to bank wire are visible at most in 1 week.

How can I return a product?

Before sending the product to us, you need to complete the product return form on this page and notify us about your return demand. After our technical department informs you about the return, please fill the return form and send the product to us via MNG Kargo, Sürat Kargo or Yurtiçi Kargo. You will be informed about the approval via phone or e-mail. Collect call shipments shall not be accepted. If products received by our technical support are delivered compliant with return conditions, refund of product fee shall be processed on the day when we receive the product.
